兩夫婦於屯門合作經營蘭州拉麵小店。

為了答謝師傅，以師傅的拉麵店名字「金順」為自己拉麵店的名字。
他們堅持靠著一雙手，製作出最正宗的蘭州拉麵，

讓客人能吃到最具人情味的食物，亦為表達對師傅的感激之情。

 

The couple has been running a lanzhou ramen shop together in Tuen Mun for many years.

"Jin Shun", is the name of the shop,

which is named after their ramen master.

For years, they insisted on making the most authentic Lanzhou ramen with their own hands,

so to serve their customers food of human touches,

and as a continued expression of gratitude and affection dedicated to their dear master.
